My first thought too after seeing the title. I'm trying to picture who would be silly enough to carry the timer card for over 4 hours. Is the queue even that long to be able to pack 4 hours worth of people in it?

yeah that is a very very long queue, i bet it could hold that long of a line

I don't get who would wait that long, either. Over a Spring Break/Easter week at DLR in 2005, I saw Splash with a 250 minute wait. I waited 10 minutes just to get FPs, as there was NO WAY we were getting in the Stand By line.

What do you do with 4 hours in a queue? Talk about boring.
