IT's when people try out differant IDEAS, tons of them happen ever day at Disney that get "The Flush!" I didn't plan to go printing up t-shirts in my basement or anything, (Not that I have one) but gezzzzzzzz people!
Not to mention that Im sure anything with the wdwmagic logo on it is illegal anyway, but we won't mention that to the mouse huh.
Oh, and just because I wasn't "HERE" in your magic fairy land of WDW magic 2 years ago dosn't mean I don't know what's going on, thanks, I can read! Or that IM a bigger fan than you. I HATE people that just take things personaly!. PLus If I wanted to take the logo, I could, not that Im going to. What would happen, sue me over a logo that dosn't belong to you? Id like to see what Disney would say about that.........
I don't want to be kicked off the forums or anything I just don't like it when people jump to conclusions! Now, I'm not going to buy a year old shirt, but I might buy a new one so he can profit off of it. Thank you and have a magical day.
I don't want to bring back your post here, but I feel clarification is in order.
1. Printing the WDWMagic.com logo on a shirt is not illegal, provided you have permission, and you can see by #3 below, that that is taken care of.
2. Disney would have no right to be a part of any lawsuit involving a wdwmagic logo (provided Disney copyrighted material wasn't used to begin with).
3. The creator and owner of wdwmagic and I have worked together to make a system where the website gets part of the profits from the sales of the shirts to help support the running of such a humongus site. Everything is priced so that the only money I get is for my work in printing them, and believe me, that amount is very minimal.
Lastly, your shirt is a good idea, and I like the way it looks. If a 2005 meet comes about, it's a possibility that the logo may be used on the shirts to some extent. I like your quote on the back, too. Steve and I had a concept in the running that said "Open 24 Hours." It was one of my favorites actually.
Have a good one!
