This is crucial stuff! What direction will WDWMagic take?!
Election Update:
"After Spoon's recent jump in the polls, drawing closer to Vader's 2nd place position in this tight election, team Vader has started a dirty ad campaign against Spoon:
Vader's campaign hopes this new attack will stir emotions amongst the undecided voters, and prevent Spoon from gaining more ground on the electoral map.
Meanwhile, Sam the Eagle, still controlling a comfortable lead in the polls, has released a negative attack ad against Vader. The attack ad claims it is the fault of the Galactic Empire & their spacecraft emissions for causing the global freezing taking place on the planet Hoth."

I have to agree. One of the cardinal rules when picking a VP is to make sure they don't overshadow the guy at the top of the ticket. And who has more charisma than Stormtrooper #3,548? Vader would have been better served with #2,709 or even #4,115. Now, he just looks small in comparison.

We should have more votes, however. I am very concerned at the direction this board is headed if our people don't stand up & speak up for what they believe in. It is OUR duty to elect our fictional leaders and/or kitchen utensil. WE are the voice!
Come on, people...5 hours to go. Let your voices be heard. If you haven't placed your vote yet for Sam, Darth, or Spoon, now is the time. If you don't vote...then you only have yourself to blame for any hilarity to ensue.

One thing about the election process which always breaks my heart is how the children of presidential candidates are affected by the stress & pressures of life on the campaign trail. Always being followed by the media, always being put under the microscope...it really takes a toll emotionally to be thrown into all that drama.

Bet he voted for spoon.....
And spoon is still in last place. Hence the sad face.
Vader still holding on to 2nd place by a thread, but Spoon still gaining gradually. Too early to make a prediction.

Darth is pretty awesome and all, but that whole killing people thing...can't vote for him.
There were those rumors about the spoon being involved with the dish...some say they ran away together. Don't want him.
Sam has always been a good friend to the world (but mostly America), so I'm voting the Eagle/Pig (BEP) ticket.

Vader seemed humbled over the phone, yet still demanded explanation as to why his son (Luke) was seen with Sam's running mate (Miss Piggy) in the leaked photo which was shared earlier in this thread. There was awkward silence following this inquiry.
Spoon has yet to call and congratulate Sam, but many speculate this is because...it's a spoon."
Moving now to Sam the Eagle, tonight's winner who shall now address his supporters here at WDWMagic. Sam has prepared this heartfelt speech to show us all how he truely feels about this thread, and us honoring him in such a way. Please listen now, as Sam the Eagle addresses the boards:
