nope, not the carousel, but yeah, they've been slowly putting up the net/icicle lights for Christmas. I was very upset that a crane would be up during our trip, but we never saw it up. There was some machinery folded down directly behind the castle, but it didn't effect us at all.

actually, its from the pavilion next to ariel's grotto and behind Dumbo
