thanks again for the comments everyone!

As for taking pics where i wasn't supposed to....well.....i was just sneaky sometimes (and some of the pics show how i had to be sneaky with bad aim or lighting), then on some like space mountian i just let 'er rip and hoped no one said anything.

I didn't read every post on this thread so I don't know if someone brought it out already but the Space Mountain part where you "ride" it was pretty cool. You can see the track and which way is going where and everything. I thought that part was interesting.

I cant wait for the rest of the parks! Now all they need is video. Extensive job on Space Mountain. Who ever made this, is brilliant! It really helps you cope with waiting to go.

Thanks again for the compliments, all. Sorry about the wait on Adventureland. Life has been getting in the way of me keeping my deadlines.

As for the TTA vid, it's finished, I just need to get the file size down a bit, while still keeping the physical size decent.

I don't want to stop the fun but aren't you scaried that the Disney company will find out about the site and want to shut you down? Or do you have permission?

I don't think Disney can shut his site down. Either way, I doubt they'd take the time to shut down a little web site with Disney pictures.

With today being the first free day I've had in a while, I'll be using a good chunk of it to take a bite out of the Adventureland work.
the site says that adventureland will be up may 2nd - what's the new revised date?

also - is there any way I can help out? I'm well versed in HTML, image maps and manipulating images in photoshop.

You never know, there was a pizza place in my home town of Lathm called "Mickey's Pizza" Disney sued the company and told them they had to change the name. So Mickey's Pizza isn't Mickey's Pizza any more. You never know what or who they will try to sue or shut down?

As long as he states that the site is not affiliated with Disney (which I'm sure he was smart enough to do), Mickey's nice lawyers can't do anything. He took those pictures, and they're his to display as he wants.

Disney does not own the pics you take. Other people post pictures from Disney online all the time. I believe as long as you state you are in no way affiliated with Disney and the site is not an official Disney Company site, and as long as you are not making a profit off Disney name, then I can't see why they would be able to shut him down.

The new date isn't set. I figure if I'm having trouble meeting the date I set the first time, then I probably shouldn't guess at another day. I really don't think it'll be far off at all.

As for being sued, I'm doing absolutely nothing wrong. As said above, these pics are all my property, and it states on every single page that the site is unaffiliated with the Disney co. It's no different than wdwmagic.com.

Just keep up the good work. We all appreciate what you are doing. As a matter of fact, a site like this can generate interest in Disney by people who have never gone. They can take a look around the site, visit the attractions and say WOW I HAVE TO GO SEE THAT. Now, how much of a conflict this site will be when Disney opens their virtual Magic Kingdom is another story. Remember, the WWF (WWE) sued to get all these role-playing fantasy wrestling websites/leagues shut down.
