What restaurant/meal do you most look forward to when you visit WDW?

My husband lives for San Angel's Inn's Plato Mexicano
I love China's Nine Dragon's General Tso's chicken

I just really enjoy sitting in Pecos Bill's Cafe eating the cheeseburger basket. I know it ain't exactly high cuisine, but it's the atmosphere that I really look forward to (I love Frontierland!)

I used to say California Grill. But the change in management seems to have knocked it down a few pegs. And my last visit was actually lousy from start to finish. Although the view from the top during the fireworks is REALLY spectacular.

My new favorite is BOMA. I absolutely fell in love with the food and the staff. Really great service even though it's a buffet. I recommend it to everyone. And try everything you've never heard of. They even change their selection a couple times a week.

CRT....not really for the food as much as the atmosphere. It is always the meal I look forward to the most just because it is in the castle.:king:

I absolutely love Liberty Tree Tavern- I love the theming of the restaurant and the characters, and the food is always great!

My family came to visit me last Christmas, and it was the first time we'd ever spend Christmas away from home. I originally made reservations for Le Cellier but canceled them last minute and made reservations at LTT (stupid of me to do last minute, luckily was able to pull some strings to get in!!) because it just seemed more of a casual fun place for a fam. christmas dinner- so our first dinner away from home was spent in a laid back atmosphere having fun with the characters and enjoying food we didn't have to cook- so needless to say I have fond memories of this place and recommend it to everyone!
*end cheesy awww story

Tony's Town Square used to be a staple on every trip to WDW then the menu was changed. Same thing happened with the Contemporary Steakhouse. We have a couple picky eaters in our group so when a restaurant that everyone can find something they like changes their menu the next year, or even from Summer to a Christmas trip, we have some disappointed diners. We no longer have a "must visit" sit-down restaurant. We do have a few counter service favs though. Pinocchio's Village Haus for Figaro Fries is a definite stop and Cosmic Ray's Starlight Cafe offers a wide range of food where everyone can find something to eat. The Electric Umbrella had a great roast beef and provolone sandwich though it is no longer on the menu.

One "sit-down" we do still visit is for the atmosphere more than for the food, Sci-Fi Dine-In Restaurant. The movie trailers and 50's newsreels and awesome.

in park, on property

My favorite dish in a park - I agree with others as to the Mushroom Risotto Fillet @ Le Cellier

On property: Tamarind braised short ribs and/or fillet @ Jiko. :slurp:

I do have a few.....

This October was my first time eating at the wonderfully fantastic French resturant! My boyfriend and I really felt like we were in France...to make it even better the people sitting next to us were from France and were speaking rapid French the whole time, we were totally transported and my new favorite thing in Disney is so simple but frickin amazing, the cheese platter from their is my favorite thing now!!

Fast food would have to be either going to Electric Umbrella or Columbia Harbor House for chicken fingers...everytime I go to Disney i NEED chicken fingers

and...any stand that sells Mickey premium bars!!
