IllumiNations from the new Fastpass+ spot

Where is the FastPass+ viewing spot exactly? Center Stage? Or one of the platforms from Italy or France?

It's to the right of center stage, in this picture I was right against the ropes that they put up to block people from going into that close to the water area that can only be used when there is absolutely no wind (for safety)
