This isn't a great photo of him, but this is a manatee at the Seas, who was featured on the Disney+ Animal Kingdom series. You can see how badly his tail is damaged. During his episode, they showed how they moved him from Epcot to the hospital facilities at Animal Kingdom and his treatment there. If you haven't watched the series, it's pretty awesome.
