How old is this pic? I remember this parade because I thought they were just trying to sell snowglobes. (Remember when that was a huge thing?) But then you couldn't carry them onto planes, because they have more than 3 oz of fluid in them and they sort of disappeared.

They've since been re-allowed, but must fit into a quart-sized bag in checked-in luggage.
