Why do they draw the mouth on the side of the face on so much of the new animation? It looks ridiculous.

Can you spot the Earful Tower? Also some sort of utility towers in between the two hotels.

The towers look like a phased array AM broadcast antenna. That allows the broadcaster to concentrate their signal in a certain direction.
