It was just one, a 3 stop. On my last day I did a 20 minute exposure with one 10-stop

I'd love to see that!

Have not used an ND filter yet on fireworks but plan to next trip.

I was going to bring an ND and/or polarizer this past trip... Then I remembered that the camera had an electronic shutter! I was hesitant because I had not used it before, and knew of potential rolling shutter issues. I said to hell with it, put the camera in ES+MS mode and never took it off - not a SINGLE whacky photo! Of course, it doesn't replace a polarizer, but it beats having to bring 2-3 NDs along (Fujifilm notoriously has different filter sizes for every other lens).
