Yep, I think it is. I just found other pictures that I know are from that same trip and both me and my dad are wearing the same shirt. It must have been shortly after Morocco opened because I remember Horizons being open, but not Living Seas.

I have always thought it would be a nice addition to the Tangled area if they built a spinner ride much like Flik's Flyers in California Adventures bugs Land but themed to look like these lanterns as the "Balloons".

I just wish they'd give Tangled some sort of ride!! It's my favorite movie though, so I am pretty biased
