Actually that's not the case! I have been told by a CM that there is another floor above and it contains offices like many of the other upper floors in the buildings of World Showcase and on Mainstreet.

Makes sense, as I'm aware of the others you mentioned, as well as other upper floor spaces, such as CRT being on the second floor, and the Cinderella Suite being on the fourth floor of the Castle at WDW, and Club 33, the firehouse apartment, and the Disney Dream Suite at DLR.
I thought I had read somewhere that only the lower floor of the Hotel du Canada was accessible, but, maybe I read it wrong and they were talking about Guest access only. And now, with the store having closed a while back, I guess there are no Guest areas inside at all.
Anyway, I know that it was Imagineered to look six stories tall when it is actually only three stories tall. :)
