I've actually already posted this picture, so I apologize, but looking at it again last night, I noticed the upstairs window behind Rapunzel is open. I'm not sure I've ever seen the Main Street windows open. I didn't even realize they could be opened. I just assumed they were a facade for the purpose of displaying the "Hall of Fame" Cast Members names. Are there offices or usable spaces up there?
