Oh I had so much fun last night. Brought my new tripod to the park and spent about 3 hours just taking neat, long-exposure photos. Something I've never been able to do before (having lacked a small, lightweight travel tripod.) So I will be sharing a lot of long exposure (4+ seconds on average) shots in the coming days. It makes for a neat perspective and the "ghosting" of the crowds often looks quite surreal too. Didn't ride a single ride but took a lot of pics!

(And, warming: be prepared for A LOT of people asking you to take a family group photo and ask questions. Apparently carrying around a DSLR on a tripod = this chick knows her way around the park. LOL Which, since I do, I didn't mind helping out.)
