I know almost nothing about architecture and design so had to look up 'battered walls'. 🏚️ What a great way to incorporate Disney into your job! Isn't the Mitsukoshi Department store in Japan also an example of 'battered walls'?

The castle replica, indeed, that your pic is of, are definitely sloped, battered walls, and that’s exactly what I was referring to. As far as Mitsukoshi goes, I Googled and didn’t see any battered walls related to the store, but I think were both mostly referring to the castle.
And yes, those Hidden Mickey’s were fun to do, and we’re pre-approved by the partners. The one in the rough sketch I posted was definitely less discreet than those I did in client presentation sketches, and only a few clients picked up on it over the years, but they thought it was fun…!!! 😉 :)
