Interesting permit today for Caribbean Beach. The work is being done by PCL Construction Services, one of Disney's bigger contractors. This sounds like some sort of utility re-routing and since the have been height balloons spotted recently near CBR it might be the start of a larger project.

"88-2", CBR opened in 1988, so is this part 2 of the resort?

That's my assumption. WDI almost always has a hidden meaning behind their project names.

It's also important to note that this was filed by WDI and not FAM.

I think that's just the legal name of the area where the cell equipment is installed.

Back when ToT was built, Nextel was the big thing... esp in Florida.
