They are starting a hard goods refurb for the Beach Club Villas in March. This could have something to do with that project or it could be unrelated maintenance.

It's hard to separate maintenance from other permits but here is a list of the permits counts for 2014 for each area that had more then 10...

I am surprised that fort wilderness camp ground has so many but i guess there are many individual buildings and wide spread utilities

There were three permits today from three different contractors for room rehabs at Boardwalk. The permits expire at the end of March.

If they expire that quickly I can't imagine they are doing more than surface refurbishment. Paint, wallpaper, carpets and furniture. Are the bathrooms in good enough condition to be left alone?
