WDW On-line Dining Reservations Question.

Does anyone know when the on-line reservation system changes days? Meaning, if I want to book 90 days in advance from tomorrow what time does the date open up? The phones open at 7:00am but what about the on-line reservation system? I checked last night at midnight eastern time and at midnight central time but no luck, however when I called 407-wdw-dine this morning at 7:00am eastern I noticed the online reservation system was already available for November 23rd... even though le Cellier wasn't available on-line I was able to get it through the phone...not sure why.

Am I making sense to anyone?

Just an FYI, if you call you can book 90 days out plus 10 days of your trip. If you book online you can only book 90 days out. I ended up just calling when my 90 day window opened up so I could book for my whole trip and not just the first day.

If you enter in your Disney resort reservation number you can book 90 days + 10 online.

Ya I tried that back in June when my 90 day window opened up and it didn't work. So I called to find out why and the person I spoke to told me you could only do exactly 90 days online. I told her that was silly :)

Maybe its changed since then?

She also told me that all the reservations you make over the phone cannot be viewed or changed online.

The person you spoke to was misinformed. The system has accepted the reservation number since day one of the beta testing with the Travel Agent site. However, there was a short period of time where it did not work with Firefox browsers (not sure about Chrome, or Safari) and I also heard of cut and paste issues during beta testing as well.

I second Yoda!! I used the online dining system during the 1st or 2nd week that it was made available to the public, and I had no problem entering my ressie number and making dining ressies for my entire trip on the 90 day mark. Good luck!

Tried to make ressi today. NO LUCK. The 90+10 didn't work no matter what browser I used :(. I retrieved my resi, logged in, everything I was suppost to do but nothing. I ended up calling to make ADRs. The attendant could tell me why the online didn't work. She told me better luck next time.

They have my phone number on the resi, thanks for the suggestions.

Just hung up with Tech support. They couldn't fix it. They did a software update and since then things have not been working right. She put in a ticket so now I'm prob just waiting on a system admin.

She told me MAC users are hosed. Best bet is to use IE 7. IE 8 doesn't work at all. Then again she logging in to my account using IE 7 and it didn't work either :shrug:

Has anyone successfully mage their ADRS on line w/ a mac lately? I was able to access my reservation last weekend but now I can't. Instead of a space for phone number the field is labeled last name and doesn't work no matter what you enter. 90 days is Sunday...not happy if this isn't going to work....

Yep, worked for me last Thursday on my iMac...I had to enter our reservation number and the phone number attached to it. Very weird that yours is different...good luck. :shrug:

I called the tech desk and they think it's all related to some changes they made today. She couldn't access my reservation from there either. She didn't know when it would be resolved.

I Googled "Chrome" and all it will do is send me info when released for the mac. Is it only available for Snow Leopard? I just tried and still couldn't retrieve my info.:brick:

Thanks, unfortunately (probably the only time I'll ever type those words :)) we are a 2 mac household now. I'm trying firefox now. I'm really frustrated though because I tested it last weekend and it worked fine:mad:

Has anyone else had any problems making dining ressies online while using IE8? I just upgarded my IE to IE8 and I am hoping I won't have any problems.
