WDW On-line Dining Reservations Question.

I just made my dining ressies on line this morning and had a so so experience. I got online at 5am (central time) and the service was so slow. I am pretty sure it was the Disney site loading slow because I went to a couple different sites before disney and it was super fast. Anyway, I finally got everything some first choices others second choices, for a total of 5 reservations and right when I was going to "check Out" at 6 am the website froze and I lost it all. I was livid! I reloaded and redid everything and the site was going a lot faster this time because I was done in less than 10 minutes. I don't know why it went so slow within the 5am hour and faster at 6am.

Could someone post the tech support number online?

I just spoke to someone at Disney on the normal reservations line. I explained that I had booked my holiday through Virgin, and Virgin have given me the Disney resort reservation number (someone on this site said that's what I had to do).

I have been using this number to try and retrieve my reservation, so that I can make my ADRs later this week online.

I explained this to the lady, and she told me that it was only possible to book ADRs 90 days out, and I could not book 90 days + 7 days out for the rest of my holiday. I said (nicely) that I knew it was possible as other people had already done it, but she just repeated that it was not possible. There was no point getting into an argument with her.

So, can someone help me to retrieve my reservation or give me a number to call, where I can speak to someone who actually knows about this!

I have my Disney reservation number, I have tried putting in my last name and phone number, nothing works. I have phoned Disney and tagged my phone number to my reservation, but it still doesn't work. I don't know what to do next!

Help!:brick:

update: I have just telephoned tech support on the number (407) 939-7765 (from Disney website) only to go through all exactly the same questions and I'm sure I ended up in the regular reservations department. The lady I spoke to said that all tech support was done via email. I said that I just called the number for tech support, and she told me to click on 'support' on the webpage I was on, and they would contact me that way.

If you booked through an agent they will have to access your reservation. As far as dining goes simply enter in your reservation number and you will be able to make reservations for your entire trip.

You will not be able to pull up your reservation if you booked through a travel agent even if you have the number. You can only use the number to link your dining reservations to it an unlock the days of your trip past 90 days.

OK thanks. :dazzle: (feeling a little stunned by all this)

This is the number for tech support: (407) 939-7765. Some people are more helpful than others. 2/3 I spoke to were helpful. My 90 day mark was today. I could not retrieve my reservation to book online. I tested it last week and it worked, but for the last 3 days I could not. On friday there was a support ticket with several names attached to it of people having difficulties, I had mine added. Saturday I spoke to the unhelpful person, she just did not understand that it wasn't working. Saturday night I spoke to someone who tried to access my reservation for the dining and could not. She took a screen shot of the problem. Unfortunately it is a holiday weekend here and nothing's getting addressed soon.

I was lucky enough to call first thing this morning and got all of my adr's (even CRT) over the phone. Once the adr's were placed I could check them online with the confirmation numbers they gave me.

I hope this helps some.

p.s. I tried this on a mac & pc, using safari, firefox, google chrome and the support person used internet explorer. There doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason why some work and others do not.
