However, as we look on in confusion, a news flash appears: "A flea infestation epidemic has took the World by storm, and it seems the fleas have planned their own riot against Doofinschmirtz!"

The fleas attack Doofinschmirtz and foil his plot...for now. Meanwhile, over at at the Fantasyland Expansion there is a big ruckus going on....
