WDW in one day

Hi all,

We've been to WDW many times and I'm not advocating it to everyone but, one day as a challenge, my then 10-year old son and I decided to see if we could make it to all the "thrill" rides in one day. We did this on an ESPN weekend (i.e. first week or March) and the crowds were lighter than normal. We used WDW bus transportation to get from park to park. In one day, we managed to ride:

Animal Kingdom

1. Expedition Everest
2. Dinosaur

Epcot

3. Soarin'
4. Test Track
5. Mission Space

Disney Studios

6. Tower of Terror
7. Rock n' Rollercoaster
8. Lights, Motors, Action (this one really slowed us down)

Magic Kingdom

9. Splash Mountion
10. Big Thunder Mountain
11. Space Mountain

Has anyone else tried to cover all four parks in one day? If you have, I'd be interested in hearing your story.

We have done it before many a time... As for riding all the rides... thats a different story. We will go a lot just to "go" and sometimes not really do any rides at all but just to walk around and see whats new or what has changed.. but we have done all in one day with the rides before...
Now if you can include the Water Parks... then you are good. lol

Nope I have only done 3 in a day and that was only once. I dont know if I could do 4 parks in one day. My limit is two parks a day, hahaha :D.

Yea we hit up all 4 parks in one day on our last day in the world. It was obviously VERY limited on what we hit, but we just wanted to see each park one more time (we had been down there a week) and hit our favorites. It went like this as best I can remember:

DHS:
Toy Story
Tower of Terror

We were going to do rockin rollercoaster, but we unknowingly walked into super soap weekend! Trust me, we ran, and ran as fast as we could after we hit those two attractions.

Animal Kingdom:
Dinosaur
Everest

Epcot:
Test Track
SSE

Mostly just there for SSE. Im not even sure we did Test Track again. I have a major thing for SSE so I know we did that.....

Magic Kingdom:
All the major E-tickets and pretty much everything else....Pirates, Splash, Big Thunder, Haunted Mansion, Space Mountain, Wishes...etc etc etc.

We also had dinner thrown in there at the Kona Cafe over at the Polynesian.

It wasnt that tough to do. As you can tell, we did just a very very small percentage of each park. Magic Kingdom we did mostly everything. We made sure to end the vacation the last night at Magic Kingdom as it just seems right. We also go in early November so crowds are lighter.

As far as transportation, we had a rental car. Drove to DHS, then to Animal Kingdom, then parked at the TTC. From there...Monorail to Epcot, then back to Magic Kingdom.

It was a perfect way to end the trip and im glad we did it like this.
