I love Keyhole, even though it can be dog slow at times.

That's a cool site! These pictures were taken when there was still water in the 20.000 Leagues.
It took a while to locate my self, but I found lots of places!

Yeah, the pictures are pretty old. I've been in my apartment for three years now and the picture is from before the land was even cleared.

It's a mixture, it shows Mission Space complete, the Disney-MGM hat being built, etc, etc.
Yeah, it's kind of weird like that when some pictures are taken at completely different times than others. But still, fun!

Here is a great satelite photo of the Disneyland Resort.
I had to reduce the size, the original is 10mb.

looks like its from the "Urban Areas" section of terraserver.microsoft.com. Terraserver is cool, but you can only view a few images at a time (about 3x3 i believe), but they DO allow for offsite linking, so i made a php script to allow me to see the whole thing at once. Here's that image blown up to full size (don't worry, its made up of smaller images to reduce load time:

http://coffeejedi.darkimage.net/dlr-dl.php

and here's the Magic Kingdom, Epcot, and DCA:
http://coffeejedi.darkimage.net/wdw-mk.php
http://coffeejedi.darkimage.net/wdw-epcot.php
http://coffeejedi.darkimage.net/dlr-dca.php

now here's the REAL fun part... you can print them out! normally, a web browser will only print the leftmost column, so i got around that little fact
(click the link in my sig for the other parks printable)
http://coffeejedi.darkimage.net/wdw-mk-print.php

(set your printer margins to 0" and the orientation to LANDSCAPE)

I just joined, the link in my sig points to all these images in both scrollable and printable forms, as well as an introduction/explanation, and a list of interesting details to look for!

This software has a 7 day trial - go take a thorough tour of WDW. It's like that terrafirma stuff, but better.

Look at the hidden mickey at the speedway - HUGE!
I built a collection of some WDW points for Keyhole while doing some planning a while ago. I've just dropped the exported .KML file onto my webserver if any Keyhole users want to downoad it.

http://tinyurl.com/5fm7t

(The file may open as a text page - if it does just save the page as WDW.KML and Keyhole will be able to use it.)

i thought that too!
these appear to be aerial photos as opposed to satellite images, so the helicopter was probably to the right of SSE when that pic was taken, you can see the side of the Mickey hand scoffolding in the pic as well

The pic is defiantely from space. It looks lop-sided because the satelite wasn't directly over head, but rather, off to the side a tad.
