My highlight from the festival. Street corn and Twinings green tea with vodka.

Sugar cane shrimp skewer. Very good.

Crawfish Étouffée and Orange Coriander Wheat Ale. Someone here was mocking the Étouffée but I was impressed. Just not a big enough portion.

Canada again. Seared Scallops with Blackberry Fruit Beer. Good but those potatoes were REALLY good.

Shrimp and Grits. The blackened shrimp was great and I don't really care for grits but I enjoyed these.

Fried Cinnamon Roll Bites with Cream Cheese Frosting and Candied Bacon. The bacon was 'different' but I still loved these.

My favorite beer flight. I'm from south Texas and I like anything citrus-y.

Taco Vampiro. The crispy cheese was something different and the beef was very good. The corn salsa (?) didn't do much for me.

Dinner at Biergarten served family style. This is the main course and they brought plenty for the six of us. Sorry, we got into initial salad tray (three different types) and the deserts before I remembered to make a photo.....

Dinner at Chrystal Palace. Family style salad and deserts, and individual entre of your choice. Shown is the prime rib and blackened catfish with blackened shrimp and grits. Both were delicious.

I don't eat beef but the rest of your meal looks amazing especially that salad and dessert plate!

Our best meal of the week was dinner at the Liberty Tree Tavern. The pot roast, roast pork, and roast turkey were melt in your mouth tender and absolutely delicious. Even the impossible meatloaf was good. The salad was good too but the best part of the whole meal was the Oooey Gooey Toffee Cake with a big scoop of ice cream on top! So good if you were to accidentally get some on your forehead your tongue would slap your brains out trying to get at it.... (Sorry there is not a picture of the cake; we tore into it before I remembered to make a photo.)
The worst part about eating here is getting full and having to quit...

Are LTT on the 28th. It was great from start to finish . Art Smith’s on the 30th beat it out for the best meal and most over-consumption though.

Ronto Wrap and Batuuan Beef Pot Roast at Docking Bay 7. The pot roast was pretty good, but the ronto wrap bread was dry and the sausage overcooked. Certainly not worth the $13.99 price.

That may be one of the worst cooked and quality of beef going. Horrifying

Roasted salmon at Everything POP food court. It was actually pretty good. However, the cardboard box thing this was in was better than their pizza.
