I'm sure they were cooked just fine, if you like hummus. I don't, so they didn't work for me. They weren't dry - they were actually pretty moist.

Dr. Falls Signature Grilled Steak - Strip Loin asado marinated in sofrito and served with yuca plants avocado and house made chimichurri from the Skipper Canteen -



That chimichurri sauce really made the steak pop!

F&G Smokehouse, pig slider, chocolate cake, and moonshine lemonade. The lemonade reminded me of when we dumped grain alcohol in the punch fountains at the college cafeteria. Tasty!
