"Mom" was watching to make sure we kids weren't playing with our walkie-talkies, so I had to eat a few bites until she left.
My son ate 1/2 of my pot roast. Hubby took most of my chicken, and I earned this:

Before you get all excited, we were saddened to learn last week that this is no longer on the menu.
Chips & Salsa to start:
Tostadas de Tinga:
Fish Tacos:
Crema Bavaria (still on the menu):
This dining experience was so good, that we went back 4 days later and ordered the EXACT SAME meal.

No more "Traditional Mexican Dinner" on the menu.
Dang it - we are here for fish tacos, and fish tacos will be had.
Unfortunately it's only available on the combo plate, and there's only one! Worse yet, I gave mine to Hubby!
Starting at 8:00 on the plate:
Fresh guacamole, niblet corn with really spicy queso fresco, refried beans, 2 enchiladas, fish taco, 4 oz. steak in the middle.
I almost licked my plate clean!
Four of us ordered the same thing. Four of us almost licked our plates clean.

The eclairs look similar to the ones at Boardwalk Bakery. The pastry part is nice and soft, almost cake-like, not bready like some eclairs.

Nothing better than the café au lait and beignets at Morning Call in Metairie, LA. Originally in the French quarter in New Orleans, LA.

Puff pastry w/eggs:
(I was allowed to substitute the ham with bacon.)
Kid's French Toast:
(Gosh this was tiny. 3 itty bitty French Toast triangles ... using an ADULT QS Credit.)
If you can't get into BoG for lunch or dinner, and you absolutely MUST dine there, then go ahead and book a breakfast. Just don't expect to be wowed, and don't expect to be full.
