Ooh, those look delicious. Ya know, I think DHS gets a bad rap when it comes to QS dining.

Yep I agree! We love Fairfax Fare. They have this Truffle Mac and Cheese hot dog that is to die for!! I prefer that one over Casey's! People always say how horrible the QS is and even TS at HS is! I disagree we have several QS places we love and TS's there we love as well! Yummy! We just got back a week and a half ago and I'm already missing all the delicious food in the world!! Lol

I think Hollywood Studios has become aware of the "bad rap" they have been getting when it comes to QS menus and I have noticed than in the last year or so they have been making an effort to change that. Truffle Mac and Cheese hot dogs @ Fairfax Fare and NY strip steaks @ ABC Commissary are two fine examples. Lets hope this trend continues.

The Truffle hot dog has been around for about 4 years or so now maybe a little longer. I don't think many knew about it though!

I would like some better ts too. 50s prime time and sci fi generic every day family food in Disney surroundings don't do it for me and I feel Brown Derby is overpriced compared to other sig dining. Biergarten is great!!
Sauerbraten is basically sour beef. The beef is marinated for a couple days in a vinegar, clove, juniper berry, mustard seed and a few other spices. Sugar is added to the marinade and the beef is then slow cocked for a few hours. When done the liquid is strained and ginger snaps added to thicken the gravy.
It is one of my all time favorite things to eat.
The Commissary seems to always be changing it's menu to find something that will help draw in patrons and it just does not seem to help. I like the Commissary because it is typically quiet when all other locations are busting at the seams.

Never did get my Cronut.. But this was DELICIOUS.
