I don't remember the menu description to say for sure this is it, but this was the filet offering as of January 2014.

Guiness Ribs from Raglan Road:

The Guinness Ribs are delicious! I actually made something similar to this at home a few weeks ago (this was before my wife and I decided to take the kids to Disney two weeks ago). Usually when I start cooking food from Disney, my wife knows something is up. LOL!
