Crema de cilantro: cilantro and serrano cream soup served w toasted pine nuts from the tequila pairing lunch at epcot during food and wine. I only have a few soups I really like but this turned out to be amazing. Wish it was on their regular menu at La Hacienda de San Angel.

The Gray Stuff- it's delicious
I am curious though, this is what I was served as The Gray Stuff at BoG for dinner, but everyone else has a picture of a cupcake as the gray stuff. is it that it's different for dinner? can't figure it out

figured it was a lunch/dinner difference
it was a hard shell of chocolate crumb with a moist chocolate cake interior and then........the gray stuff
it really was delicious, better than a cupcake!!
