Dole whip..bought the mix and a soft serve machine so it was a perfect copy.

Figaro fires...perfect copy

Flank steak from Garden grill....used a London broil but the marinade was spot on.

Macadamia pineapple pancakes....haven't quite got that one right yet.

Just because you posted this, I had to make it :)

I cut the flank steak into two portions. I mairnated both of them, and made one last night. It disappeared :) I left the other in the marinade and was planning on sealing and freezing it tonight

Today my youngest, who as a rule is not a big fan of meat, asked me if we could have "that really good steak from last night" again. So I guess so much for freezing half for later

I made the stuffed french toast from CRT Breakfast. The only thing I didn't do was the fruit on top. It was awesome :slurp: - but it's so much better eating it in the Castle - and having it served to you without all the hassle! :ROFLOL:

I NEED the receipe for pretzel bread, please please please share!

There is none from WDW, it's a commercial product that is made in Canada and not for sale to the general public in the US. ALL pretzel bread in WDW comes from the same supplier and they just bake the frozen product.

The company is listed in our Recipe thread, I'll try to find the info for you.

EDIT: Here ya go, but they will not ship any to you (unless policies have changed)

Bump (please don't slaughter me!)

I had posted in this particular thread about cooking at home more so than the others I could find so I felt it stood to reason to post in this one instead of starting yet another thread.
I wanted to share that I tried two new recipes that I have found online both of which were awesome with a little tweaking.

1) Ratatouille's Ratatouille recipe

2) 2015 Food and Wine Festival Greece's Vegetarian Moussaka

The Ratatouille was quite simple but I had to change a few things because frankly I found the recipe to be more complicated than need be.
It tasted great and though the recipe called for noodles, rice or couscous I found it was amazing on polenta.

The Moussaka had a bunch of steps but once all the prep work was done it was pretty easy to execute and was awesome. Also I am pretty sure you could substitute the meatless crumbles for ground beef, lamb or even turkey whichever you prefer I just happen to like vegetarian.

I've made the "Puffed French Toast" from the Crystal Palace Breakfast Buffet. It came out good!

I want to try the "Shrimp and Cheesy Grits" from Boatwrights....haven't had the chance yet.

Those both sound great! I have my own recipe for Shrimp and Grits but I may just have to check out Boatwrights version the next time I get a craving.

I made 'Ohana's Honey-Coriander chicken wings for my daughter's birthday party (luau-themed), using this recipe: http://www.thedisneychef.com/2014/09/honey-coriander-chicken-wings.html

They were absolutely delicious and tasted like the real McCoy -- better yet, they're a great big-batch, make-ahead party dish that keeps well in a Crockpot!

I'm hoping to make O'hanas Peanut noodles from a recipe that I found on a site called A Cup of Disney. I have tried a few peanut noodle recipe's and still have not found one I like so I'm crossing my fingers that this one works and that is turns out as good as the restaurants.

I make the wave cake from The Coral Reef often. Many in my family have celiac's and that recipe is gluten free. It is a hit with all of us, so many gluten free recipes the texture is hard to get past...
Will pull this out for Thanksgiving, my Aunt and cousins will be so surprised:)

The only thing I have made would be the Captain Crunch Chicken from Planet Hollywood. It's one of my favorites! I was shocked to find that it tasted the exact same. I decided to skip out on the sauce. Ranch worked fine for me but I'll have to start making this chicken more often considering they are completely changing Planet Hollywood :(
