WDW Dining Doggy Bag?

Though for the majority of guests dining at WDW TS spots it's not the most practical thing, do restaurants on property offer a 'doggy bag' or to-go box when requested?

One year I wasn't feeling good and the place in Italy boxed our desserts in a doggy bag. We took it back to WL and eat it while watching MK fireworks.

Yep! They do! We did it three times when we were there a couple of weeks ago. Once at Le Cell, once at Les Chefs de France and once at Cali Grill. I don't do it if we are going to do EMH's - but if it is only going to an hour or so until the park closes and then we head back to the resort, then we do it.

They'll package up almost anything to go, except frozen items obviously.

With some items that can't stand a long time in hot weather (like things that might have cream or mayonaise, etc), they may sometimes suggest that you either not bring it to go, or if you do that you get it back to your room and into a fridge or on ice within an hour or two.

I always finish my food! But seriously, yeah they will accomidate you. There have been occations where my wife has taken things to-go, but I wind up eating it before we get back to the resort!

One thing about WDW, if you need it, they can accomidate it.

I bought an order of Buffalo Wings to go at Boardwalk's ESPN Club once and carried them through the International Gateway, then walked through Epcot's Future World and rode the Monorail back to my resort then ate them.
The only problem was the security guard at The International Gateway wanted to confiscate them for himself. They smelled really good!

My family laughed at me because I took a loaf of bread from 'Ohana back with me. I thought it was a shame to waste it, and they have to thow it out right? The next morning at the Pop food court, I ate my 'Ohana bread with a cup of coffee for breakfast. It was delicious!
