At the moment, there is no park hopping, so it's much easier
Counting hoppers 2 to 6 times flagrantly misleads.........an act so egregious that it should be a criminal act; I'm thinking a low level misdomenor when cited.
.....OK not a crime but such an illogical approach to understanding attendance that it should be laughed off stage and pelted with rotten fruits and vegetables.
I guessing this is how they count attendance, but agree completely with @HongKongFooy that it's a ridiculous way to count attendance. It just makes no sense.
Pure guess, but just making a point. Doesn't that close the attendance gap between Universal and WDW? I'm assuming so.
Much easier to hop at Universal as well. I hear there's some sort of train between the parks now.Probably not as I believe Universal do the same when their guests park hop
But the question at hand is, do the attendance counters count it as one.I view Universal Studios and IOA as one since the opening of Diagon and the Hog Express Train.

You can't count them as one when each park requires a separate ticket or a 2-park ticket to attend both. They're easily accessible, but clearly separate parks as defined by the turnstiles that you pass through to enter each one.I view Universal Studios and IOA as one since the opening of Diagon and the Hog Express Train.
