We too are beginning our house construction. While researching lighting I came across this collection.

I'd like to alter my doorbell with a speaker so that it says: "Por favor manténganse alejado de las puertas" anytime someone rings it.

I know you said you would tackle the painting later, however I once saw a photo someone had posted of a bathroom with Winnie the Pooh and characters painted on the walls. On the main wall above Winnie was painted, "The Pooh Room". I thought this was pretty neat if you had small children with their own bathroom.

This makes me laugh. My son is 18 months, so we are heading towards the potty training phase.

"The pooh room" is now on my list!

It wouldn't be to exact specs but essentially you could build a world showcase arou your pool with different building types and appropriately scaled models. then, whenever you have any guest over any time you can explain how morocco isn't broken and isn't supposed to be on.
