Waterfalls now working!

To keep the perspective they would need to add more water to the water fall in intervals, Does anyone know if they did this? Otherwise it would either look too big at the top or too small at the bottom.

It's not a matter of perspective - but the fact the volume of water and the speed of the water gives it away. When things are further away, they appear to move slower.. that applies to water too. They can't make water fall slower when falling outright. They need to put more breaks in it, so you don't see it falling straight down.

ahh, yeah, you're right. Forgot about the speed. They need lots of breaks towards the top and then decrease the distance between breaks at the bottom.

Of course, a movie or at least a picture of the Beast's castle waterfall would be nice to see if they did any of this.

What if the waterfalls weren't running, they were just being tested? And what if we could dial the flow back to give perspective? And what if we went back and fudged the rock work around to achieve something else? You should wait until they're done before you pass judgement.

You can't slow gravity by turning back the faucet...

They could film the water falling....slow it down and then project it onto the dry waterfall to make it look like it was further away and larger.

Just like in the movies when they want to make small water effects look huge.
