It might not get brought up much because it's not new; it's just in the 50th outfits now and the van (Character Caravan) got a makeover.
I saw Goofy in Wilderness Lodge in August in the normal outfit.

I'm super happy! I will definitely be joining the lines the first chance I get!
I hope it's a sign that they'll also bring back more of the character locations soon. Oh, and character meals! This has to mean good things for those, right? I don't see why it wouldn't.

This seems like really great news for the rest of the character meals returning soon. Can’t wait!! We need Pooh and friends in our lives!

So, perhaps OT for WDW, but what does this mean for Aulani, DL and DCL? HI recently dropped indoor mask requirements and Disney followed suit. Will this become uniform across the Disney owned/operated parks and experiences?

Definitely looking forward to character hugs once again and not yelling to characters to have a conversation six feet away. lol
But on the flip side, it's been great having more characters out and about regularly (sightings) and I hope they keep a lot of these locations staffed and just make them able to move closer to guests (if they are comfortable doing so)..

Why would it "bomb"? They were pretty clear they'd make an announcement at some point today. I wouldn't worry.
