From the DPB announcement, “including a phased removal of fireworks platforms”. Is all the current paraphernalia - Tacos and the Stargate - considered fireworks platforms? I don’t want to get my hopes up too high if they are referring to something else.

Package delivery to resorts and front of park has more priory for me. We'll be limiting when and what we buy because I'm not carrying bags around half the day.

That’s definitely something that you don’t realize how much you miss it until it was gone. I always wondered why they took it away? I know, I know..short handed but this is one service that probably had a direct negative to Disney’s bottom money line. Maybe that’s just me thinking that but speaking from experience, if we couldn’t put it in a backpack or my wife’s purse, we didn’t buy it. In the past it was like..” ship it back to the room”.

It's coming back gradually. We had daily housekeeping in early December.

Nope. The parks are packed and there’s no reason to think they won’t continue to be packed. This is management walking back some bad decisions. Hopefully some way of pre-scheduling line skips will follow soon.

So bringing Back the tiered prebook that they killed because it didn’t work and now they make revenue off of instead?

It's coming back gradually. We had daily housekeeping in early December.

It’s still atrocious in dvc. They didn’t enter the room in 7 nights and we were told “they might have knocked on the door and thought you were there…sorry…”

Anecdotal - I know - but once they suspended/laid off housekeeping…it will NEVER go back to it being good.

It was a daily struggle to maintain it due to labor and logistics since 10/1/71 as is

Genie+ charging per person per ticket big bucks in the coffers- 1000 times what parking fees give them.

They needed a positive spin; this news is really the bottom feeder of all the "fees" they could give up, lesser of all evils.

Don't care about the reason behind it. It will save some folks a few bucks, always a good thing.

We didn't have any issues in November. Stayed at BCV's day 3 or 4 we had housekeeping
