I’m checked in and headed to the expo. Then the pool!!!! Then I’m a sucker doing DAK After Hours tonight.

‘Only’ running a marathon certainly frees up some time.

Is anyone else having trouble with runner tracking? If I go to the RunDisney site, there is no link available. I followed the link on their Facebook post that announced it had launched and it said invalid URL. I really don't want to have to go to the Expo to sign up.

I am! My 2nd fastest and just over 4hours. I wanted to be sub 4 again but it wasn’t meant to be. Hit and humid.
I see they just marked the course Red Flagged and cut the. Blizzard Beach loop.

Congrats! I was tracking some friends and got a text that the course was being modified due to the heat.

I really enjoyed the new course. Was glad I ran it in it’s entirety. Half of my race was in the dark pre sunrise, but that last few miles with spiking humidity and rising temp was brutal!!

Amazing job, @surfsupdon. Very proud of you, and miss hanging out with you like last year races.

Interesting thing. Would you guys accept a medal for 39K, if you had a cutted course?
Like Don, I would run half the course in the dark and finish a while before they'd cut the course.

Great job @surfsupdon and everyone who participated in this weekend’s events! Especially today - the humidity and heat are no joke!

The cloud cover yesterday made a huge difference. I thought it was quite pleasant, and the breeze helped a lot. I have to check my notes, but I think I had my fastest runDisney time, which would amaze me considering the awful bottlenecks. Crossing through the castle is like a slow amble.

Reports from the race aren't that well. Several people fainting, people on heart monitors, people with dangerously low blood sugar levels.
