Curious if there was a reason behind changing the music? I don’t see it as a major change that would draw more people to watch the parade. If they had added new floats then yes. I hope a brand new parade along with BTY is in the pipeline.
I'm honestly bummed they changed the music - the fact that Clarabelle isn't singing, "Scrumptious, scrumptious, scrumptious, yum, yum, yum" anymore makes me sad. My late mother loved Clarabelle, and she and I always loved singing along with Clarabelle during that moment. Thankful for my memories.

I am very intrigued by the fact that this soundtrack was totally replaced, but that Zip-A-Dee & Elephant Fly are still not fully replaced in Festival of Fantasy four years later. A hint that FoF is not long for this world?

Definitely not at the event. Not sure if that could be found elsewhere, though. The main pair was pretty legit -- good lifts and spins, etc.
I tried to pause the photo and zoom in on faces, but didn’t recognize any— then again, when my high school friend was Belle in a parade, I barely recognized her right next to me on the days she would show up to hang out before taking off her costume make up.

That was my thought. Goes to show they Can re record music if they want to.

Ohh... this is... bad.

The audience's view is at eye level. So, hard to see one of the most important aspect of skating... the foot work.
The rink is way too small.
The voice-over lines are really bad voice acting.
The music is really bad singing and orchestration.

I watch ice skating even in the off season. Disney puts on a fabulous Disney-on-Ice show. And I'm a shill.

So, it should raise eyebrows when I say that, IMHO, this is awful. It's just bad decisions on top of bad decisions that went into this. Jollywood Nights is cursed. Jollywood Nights would be better if this was immediately cancelled.

I don't blame the dancers at all... they're trying their best to sell this poorly designed show.

Next year, cancel BatB show during the holiday season and put on the ice show there.

DOI is licensed via Feld, Disney only has creative/licensing involvement. 95% of the work is done by Feld. Though they might as well be part of DLE at this point considering how much of the revenue Disney gets them...

So your saying that Disney should have leveraged Feld to help design this show? The experts....
