Maybe it’s just me but it feels like this show was supposed to include the Dreamlights but something happened after the fact and they were cut, obviously. But maybe it was only cut for this year and will be added next year?
I really believe that ship has sailed. They probably created this new show as a new permanent holiday offering.

Very underwhelming.

But then again, that kinda describes the holidays at WDW these days. Three major displays at three parks cut in the last decade.

The castle projections are much darker in person too (wasn't impressed actually). I was there last night and my pictures came out sooo much brighter than actually looking at it in person.

a little before and after...

It's one thing to hang around to watch a show and see the castle bathed in the Dreamlights. But who wants to stop and watch another show with just another set of projections against the castle? At least with HEA and Christmastime Fireworks, you get fireworks along with the projections.

Well, it was popular last night for sure!
(I know there were a bunch of CM's, bloggers, etc. though - but still, not that many in the grand scheme of things).

This was taken about 15 min AFTER the show:

It was still popular in the past few years without the Dream Lights and just the Let It Go icy projections.

So the answer to who, is: Lots of people.

This is the first Lightng Show since 2019. Granted, Projections with the Pyro Shots back in 2020 caught people's attention.

My mistake. I think I confused it with last years' projections of the castle as gifts/christmas sweaters, etc... all with out the D-Lights.
