Who is that? Is that supposed to be someone? They're highlighted in a special way by riding the rocking horse, but, who?
Why isn't this Tom Thumb (from the same movie the toy soldiers are from) or one of the elves from Prep and Landing?

Honestly, the Christmas layover to the land is probably one of the best offerings and most creative holiday offerings Disney currently has. And it gets such little attention. I'm surprised they are still doing it.
