Love this for the City! Spectacular find @Sam4D23 !

I'll draw a map of the city today, so we can all decide what more in depth we can do with it :D

I'll also probably work on some rough maps for Tomorrow and Fantasy parks as well....:bookworm:

Any thoughts on Adventureland today guys? Or America? :D

Any thoughts on Adventureland today guys? Or America? :D

For Adventureland, I think we can include a Jules Verne inspired new version of Mysterious Island and blend it into a Jungle atmosphere.

- Pirates for opening day is a must...let's try to top DL's version!
- Going along with the Lucas IPs, Indiana Jones would be a good inclusion in the 1980s.
- A new version of Jungle Cruise. Tarzan, Swiss Family Robinson.
- I also think we can come up with our own attraction ideas....like something involving caves? or an Atlantis miniland?

For America ...what if we combined the history aspect with more of a Disney feel, so we aren't tied down? If we did that, could we rename the park? Maybe to Liberty? New World? Liberty Square keeps things relatively historical whereas Frontierland is more an imaginative old west...and we'd be restricted to keep it more realistic with "America" as the title? Idk...I was just pondering that, anyways....

I think Jokers had a good idea in the other brainstorming thread about an industrial New England area...that could be neat.
- And also having the park begin in Boston and trickle down through the Revolution 1776 era.
- Frontierland (and expanded version from the Mississippi to the California Gold Rush could be neat.
- A Grand Canyon attraction
- Divide it up into the regions of the nation...Northeast, southeast, midwest, and the final frontier?
- Have the transcontinental railroad be the transportation throughout the lands? Could be unique to have the train go straight through the park instead of around the outside...so that when you're in the park it feels like the train is moving east to west and back

Agreed to all except Atlantis!

Although I love the movie, it didn't do well at the box office, and that could be a bit concerning to TDO :bookworm: :cyclops:

Sounds great!

I'm all down for a Rename!

:jawdrop:

Love. This. Idea.

This could be really nice for the park... I'm so down for this! :D

I love what we have here for both parks! :D

Dividing it into different regions is a good idea.. But the regions are so diverse that one environment couldn't capture it all. May I suggest sub lands?

Maybe for the Southeast, we could do a New Orleans Square sub-land of sorts.. @Sam4D23 knows a lot about Louisiana.

Thoughts? o_O

Here's a very basic map of Epcot City based on Sam's design.

Projectcity_zpssg4grnvq.png

Red is the Monorail line...
Purple lines are underground peoplemovers...
Yellow is above ground peoplemovers...
Blue is the cities river/transport system
A on the map I'm thinking is our hotel...
B could be the mall we discussed
Orange line is the "Tourist" peoplemover... going around the giant mall and hotel.
C/D or E would be cool for the aquarium area....

Thoughts guys? :bookworm:

Looks great! :D

The only problem is I combined my sea resort with the aquarium..

Not sure how the Carribean architecture will work in a future city.. :p

Should I scrap the aquarium portion from the sea resort, or do something else? o_O
