With so much of these panels turning into guessing which ride/area is getting demolished next for the announced additions, my favorite announcements are turning into these ones where they remain committed to keeping attractions around in some format.

If the animatronic works well or not matters less then the commitment to keeping COP around and refreshing it

I hope they don’t ruin it. If it’s just the intro scene where it’s just a voiceover and the curtain, fine. But if this means the finale will be updated to include the boy playing a Wreck it Ralph game or something instead of generic space pilot, no thank you. CoP is a refreshing classic non IP attraction that needs to stay that way.

I have to say, I don't hate this. Seems like a neat idea that ties in super well with the CoP, and Tomorrowland in general. Plus it ensures the CoP sticks around. Let's just hope they nail the face this time
