Walt Disney Crowds First week of March...

Hello everyone,

I've been to Walt Disney World for the past 3 years during May and January (Very light crowd) and we always went by Air (with the exception of 7 years ago).

This year, I would like to travel by car (from Ottawa Canada).

The only date my wife is available to go is staying at Pop Century from March1st to 7th.

I know it's March Break (well in Canada it is) so was wondering how crowds will be during the first week of March. Is it that bad, is it better then middle of march ?

Any input would be appreciated.

Thanks!

We went the 1st week of March 2007 and it was fine! I avoided the MK on the weekends and just skipped any rides with a long wait. We walked on EE twice that week.
I don't think it is a normal vacation week for the public schools either.

We went Feb 23- March 4 2007 the crowds were very light during the latter days of our trip with the exception of DHS (MGM at the time) during ESPN the weekend but even it wasn't that bad. Everything else was walk on- 10 minutes

The crowds in early March, aren't bad at all. Most school spring breaks aren't until later in March. Touring Plans has low crowd levels listed for most days.:)
