I had it morphing too. Unfortunately the entire picture was huge, like you said, but instead my morph was 7 MEG!!!! Here's the little piece that I originally had at the bottom. Tell me what you think. Even this is 803 KB!

Yeah

I'm ahead of you...I actually decreased the frames, many times, proportionately. By the time I actually reduced the file size to something I could post, I pretty much had what you see now, but instead it looked like a sorry attempt at morphing. Oh well, maybe people will consider what I was trying to do with the smaller picture?
