Wall-e in WDW?

I was in wdw at the end of august and there was a nice set up in the animation studio of walle in dhs. A cast member told us that he would be coming to wdw after he leaves DL. Does anyone know if this is accurate and if so when? Also Im coming to wdw for a week during New Years and was just wondering if he will be their?

I hope WALL-E will be there durring christmascause thats when I will be there.

I hope that he will be there in March when we are there. My 19 month old son LOVES Wall-E. He calls him "Wa-We" and even talks about him in his sleep its so stinkin' cute.....he would be in elated!

I was told the same thing in July - except I was told he would be there by August. There was talk around here before that something was wrong with the model, and that Wall-E would not be a character for the time being. I don't know if anything was ever confirmed though.

I know. I'd flip if they had an animatronic Wall-E similar to Push rolling around Tomorrowland and perhaps DHS. I haven't even seen the movie yet and I totally would love this! *weeps 'cause he hasn't seen the movie yet

I read they scrapped the idea of having him out for M&G because they were having some issues with reliability. :shrug:

If he hasn't appeared yet, I wouldn't expect to see him in the future.
