The Villain Spelltastic Evilhotel:
a ten thousand dollar week-long experience offering windowless hotel rooms in a dark cave-like atmosphere full of villains. And of course you get to go to the park (but only villains land) for an hour. Built in the parking lot, and the only way to get to the park from it is of course an unthemed bus

At D23 Josh said two major attractions. From the concept art it looks like their minds are thinking at least one of them to be a themed roller coaster. I highly doubt the second one will be another roller coaster.
Based on Josh emphasizing two major attractions on stage, I am certainly under the impression we are getting a very good, themed story-telling coaster, and a Villain's ride on the level of Rise (using all the bells and whistles of Imagineering)

I am prepared to be underwhelmed, but that's what I am expecting based on how he described the attractions.
