Via Napoli...Not the best meal

Yeah we didn't enjoy our meal particularly to be honest, but we were soaked so that probably affected our enjoyment somewhat!

I have always enjoyed the pizza at Via Napoli. I anticipate my reservations for Via Napoli more than any other. In fact, that is always the first reservation I try for and once I have that I don't worry if I get any of my other ones.

Sorry you were not a fan. Via Napoli for me is one of my favorite pizza locations anywhere, and by a long way the best in WDW.

I've never had anything other than pizza there... it's pretty damn expensive for pizza, but if you have a party of four it averages out to a pretty good deal.

i was there the 17th and it was still really good. I would try it again. Even the best restaurants have their moments :)

Yup agreed!!!

We've had poor meals at Tonys Time Square and Le Cellar <sp>. Don't go back to either. Shame as we liked both in the past but 2 bad meals at each and we are done.

Via has not let us down yet since it opened. So we always look forward to either lunch or a dinner there.

We really wish there were more good places to eat on property. And usually when we get to participate in the surveys we tell them that. Maybe in the future they will listen. ;)

Has this restaurant has change management in the last few years? We ate there in 06 (long time ago) it was the most expensive and worst food of our vacation don't see us eating there again.

It did not exist as in the physical restaurant was not there. You might be thinking of Tutto Italia which has been there since the pavilion opened and remains there. Via Napoli is entirely new construction.

L'Originale Alfredo di Roma was the name I looked it up it was in the space now houses Via Napoli. There was always a resturant there.

As the previous poster said, Alfredo di Roma was Where Tutto is now.. Via napoli's physical building was only built a few years ago. Personally I've had great meals at each, and in a few weeks, when I return to my happy place, I will dine in both again. Tutto was closed for reno's a year ago while I was there, so I am looking forward to it. I ate at via alone last year, but plan to meet the hubby there this year for a nice meal (he is chaperoning a school trip, so our time together is very limited and it's the one TS I booked for us together)

We loved Via Napoli's pizza last year....and can't wait to hit it again next week. It's a bit different pizza, but the crust, the sauce and the toppings were all very tasty and delicious....and liked the salata to boot! If you are a local pizza chain buff it may not suit you, we usually are let down by those, but my inlaws have a momandpop pizza place that is so vastly superior it truly is a good thing it's an hour away or Tink would not fit into her little green dress....:D

Thanks for the clarification. Which of these restaurants is top shelf Via Napoli's seems (don’t get mad at me) like a glorified pizza joint judging by the descriptions stated here.
