Mine are inside the house. In and around faux fireplace.

Fyi, they rot faster inside the house.

Also, cats like to rub on then. One side is covered in cat fur.

I read somewhere that if you put a few of those silica packets (not sure I am calling them the right thing - the "do not eat" things that come when you buy shoes, etc.) inside the pumpkins after they are carved they absorb the moisture and it takes longer to rot. I haven't tried it since I read it so I can't speak firsthand as to how well it works - but it's worth a try!!

I have also heard that if you spray your pumpkin with Chlorox Cleanup With Bleach, that it will help it last longer...

That's their friendly way of telling you "hang up and go away."

We added a line to the business account on Friday and the new employee declined insurance. So we ALL lost insurance. And I'm trying to add it back. Slowly losing my sanity though...
