Yeah, I have to question Donald's boat as well, but if you are going to do 60 "attractions" I guess every little thing counts.

There is a list on Touringplans of what you have to do in order to have an attraction count

For the CoP it is view the full show (as it is for most attractions/shows) and then take a picture.
