We are using birth certificates for our upcoming cruise. Do I need my marriage liscense since my last name is different?

Nothing that I have read states that you need one. It always says a birth certificate and official picture id. Maybe @Disneyfalcon would have the correct answer for you. Have a great trip!

It's not a bad idea to bring it. For the most part, it's never a problem. The customs officials understand that women's last names are different, and as long as your name matches your government issued photo ID, that's proof enough.
But having said that, it's still not a bad idea to bring it! Just in case you get the one customs official that wants to see it.

We've used them for 4 cruises now and it has never been a problem. As others have said you should get a passport if plan on traveling more. We decided that if we want to do the planned 7 nighter for next year we have to have passports.
